Skills, people and recruitment

Access to finance

People, and the way they're selected, managed and trained, are at the heart of every organisation, large or small.

On this line, we've co-ordinated a wide range of resources dedicated to people and performance, recruitment, coaching and motivation.

Migrant workers

Migrant workers

Workers from other countries make a vital contribution to the region's economy. Workers who come to this region, from overseas or elsewhere in the UK, fill local gaps in labour or skills. This helps businesses to grow and prevents them from failing or moving out of the region.

If your business is thinking of employing migrant workers or you already employ migrant workers this station will help you navigate through all you need to know.

Coaching and mentoring

Coaching and mentoring can be useful learning and development tools for both you and your staff. Coaches and mentors can offer help and practical advice that will increase your knowledge and understanding and, ultimately, can lead to improvements in performance in your business.

Stop here to find out more about the coaching and mentoring services available in the region.
