Logistics

The region not only provides established road networks for easy access to the rest of the UK, but also fast and convenient links to Europe via Stansted and Luton airports, and is home to the UK's largest container port of Felixstowe.  Offering a good balance between easy access and affordable land/property, the region also provides state-of-the-art facilities and communication links to help improve efficiency.

The starting point for commercial land/property advice in the East of England is with the County Councils.  From information on finding appropriate land for development to searching for the ideal manufacturing facility, the property experts will also be able to direct you to external specialists for advice on leasing arrangement, strategic project management, option appraisals and corporate asset planning in the region.
